Wick & Sip Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Wick & Sip Experience hosted by Pearl of Wisdom. By purchasing a ticket, attending, or participating in any Wick & Sip event, all guests agree to the following terms and conditions.

Participation & Liability

Wick & Sip is a hands-on candle-making experience involving hot wax, heated materials, fragrance oils, glass containers, and other crafting tools. By attending, guests acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participation.

Pearl of Wisdom, Wick & Sip, its owner(s), staff, assistants, affiliates, venue partners, and representatives shall not be held liable for any injuries, burns, allergic reactions, accidents, illnesses, property damage, lost or stolen items, or other incidents that may occur before, during, or after the event.

All guests participate voluntarily and assume full responsibility for their actions and personal safety throughout the experience.

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverages are strictly limited to guests who are 21 years of age or older with valid government-issued identification.

Guests under 21 years old are prohibited from consuming alcohol under any circumstances. Underage guests may attend select experiences only if accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or older and will only be permitted non-alcoholic beverage options.

Pearl of Wisdom reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest at any time.

Guests who choose to consume alcohol are expected to do so responsibly. Pearl of Wisdom is not responsible for any incidents, injuries, damages, or legal matters related to alcohol consumption before, during, or after the event.

Event Conduct

All guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, hosts, venue personnel, and fellow attendees.

Unsafe, disruptive, aggressive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. Pearl of Wisdom reserves the right to remove any guest from the event without refund if behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, intoxicated, threatening, or in violation of event policies.

Ticket Policy

All ticket purchases are final.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise approved in writing by Pearl of Wisdom. Failure to attend the event does not qualify for a refund, credit, or transfer.

Late arrivals may miss portions of the experience and are not guaranteed additional time or accommodations.

Waiver Requirement

All attendees are required to complete the official Wick & Sip waiver and agreement form prior to attending the event.

Failure to complete the required waiver before arrival may result in denied entry without refund.

Guests attending under a group booking must still complete their own individual waiver forms.

Photography & Media Release

Photos and videos may be captured during Wick & Sip experiences for promotional, marketing, social media, and branding purposes.

By attending, guests grant Pearl of Wisdom permission to use photos, videos, or other media captured during the event unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event date.

Event Changes & Cancellations

Pearl of Wisdom reserves the right to modify event details, venues, timing, offerings, instructors, beverage selections, or activities at any time.

In the event of cancellation by Pearl of Wisdom, guests may receive a rescheduled date, store credit, or refund at the discretion of the host.

Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a ticket, completing a waiver, or attending a Wick & Sip experience, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions listed above.

These terms apply to all current and future Wick & Sip experiences unless otherwise updated by Pearl of Wisdom.
