What are your candles made of?
All Pearl Of Wisdom candles are hand-poured using a premium soy wax blend with cotton wicks and carefully curated fragrance oils. We craft every candle in small batches right here in Birmingham, AL to ensure the highest quality in every pour.
How long do your candles burn?
Burn times vary by size, but our candles are designed for a long, clean burn. For best results, always follow our candle care tips below!
Are your candles safe to burn indoors?
Yes! Our soy wax blend burns cleaner than paraffin wax, producing minimal soot. Always burn candles on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, children, and pets, and never leave a burning candle unattended.
What are wax melts and how do I use them?
Wax melts are flameless fragrance cubes designed for use with an electric or tea light wax warmer. Simply place 1-2 cubes in your warmer and enjoy long-lasting scent without an open flame. They're perfect for any room!
How do I use the car fresheners?
Hang your Pearl Of Wisdom car freshener from your rearview mirror or place it anywhere in your vehicle. The scent will naturally diffuse over time. For a stronger scent, you can gently bend or flex the freshener to release more fragrance.

How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Since our products are hand-crafted in small batches, we want to make sure every order goes out with care and intention.
How long will shipping take?
Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way!
Do you ship internationally?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly, so please contact us at support@wisdomspearl.co as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We'll do our best to accommodate you before your order ships.

What is your return policy?
Because our products are handmade and involve fragrance (which is personal!), we don't accept returns on opened or used items. However, if your order arrives damaged or there's an issue with your product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@wisdomspearl.co and we'll make it right. 💛
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're so sorry! Please email us at support@wisdomspearl.co within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll get a replacement out to you right away.

How do I get the best burn from my candle?
- First burn matters most — let your candle burn until the entire top layer of wax melts to the edges (2-4 hours). This prevents tunneling.
- Trim your wick to about 1/4 inch before each burn for a clean, even flame.
- Don't burn for more than 4 hours at a time to extend the life of your candle.
- Keep away from drafts — wind causes uneven burning and excess soot.
- Stop burning when about 1/2 inch of wax remains at the bottom.
